GameFrame Playthrough Guide
The Gameframe Demo is available on Steam. In this Demo, the User will have the chance to experience Gameframe’s capabilities in special rooms dedicated to specific parts of the framework’s many functionalities. The User will also be able to change gameplay variables on the go with a click of a button, showcasing how groundbreaking yet accessible Gameframe is

To play the Gameframe Demo, please proceed with the following steps:
Controls
The Gameframe Demo currently do not include controller support and Keyboard & Mouse is recommended. The following is the current control scheme present in the Demo:

Crouch Slide: CTRL while Sprinting


Dodge/Sidestep/Backstep: ALT + direction of the Dodge
Use Item: Select Item by pressing the number in your inventory and press LMB

UI
Gameframe’s current User Interface is minimalistic and aims to only showcase relevant information in favor of showcasing the framework’s functionality. The following are the current UI elements present in the Demo:


Step 1
Once Gameframe has been added to your Library, you can access it from the Top-Left Menu on the Steam App.

In your library, search for Gameframe on the left-side Menu of the Steam App, or type “Gameframe” on the Library’s search bar.

Clicking on Gameframe as indicated on the image above will bring you to a specific screen where you can download it.
Before hitting “Install”, click on the little cog on the right side of the screen and then “Properties”.
Step 3

On the Properties screen, click Betas. On that Menu, Paste the following Beta Password under “Private Betas” and hit “Check Code”.

Live Data Editor
The Live Data Editor presents the User with many options to change in-game variables without leaving halting the experience. In the current version of the demo, the Live Data Editor must be activated with the use of a console command, as follows:
