GameFrame Installation Guide
The Gameframe Demo is available on Steam. In this Demo, the User will have the chance to experience Gameframe’s capabilities in special rooms dedicated to specific parts of the framework’s many functionalities. The User will also be able to change gameplay variables on the go with a click of a button, showcasing how groundbreaking yet accessible Gameframe is
NOTE: To be granted access into Gameframe on Steam, you will need a Product Code and a Beta Password: Both of these should be given to you by Ryan Wiancko or another Ironbelly representative. If you are not in possession of the above, please contact the team directly before continuing.
To download the Gameframe Demo, please proceed with the following steps:
Download Steam


Step 1
Open a web browser and go to (https://store.steampowered.com/).
In the top-right corner of the screen, click the green button that says “Install Steam.”

After you click “Install Steam,” you’ll be taken to a new page, where you can download Steam.
Click “Install Steam” and a file named “SteamSetup.exe” or “steam.dmg” (depending on whether you’re using a PC or Mac, respectively) will begin downloading.
Step 2



Once the file finishes downloading, click on the file and it will launch the Steam Setup app.
Hit “Next,” and choose the language you want Steam to use.
Choose a location you want Steam’s files to be located.

Once the application has been installed on your computer, click “Finish.”
After the initial setup has been completed, you’re ready to use Steam. It should launch automatically once you exit setup, but if it doesn’t, just search “Steam” on your computer and open the first result.

Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account.
Click the **Games** menu option at the top of the Steam client.
Choose **Activate a Product on Steam...**

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

Downloading Gameframe


Step 1
Once Gameframe has been added to your Library, you can access it from the Top-Left Menu on the Steam App.

In your library, search for Gameframe on the left-side Menu of the Steam App, or type “Gameframe” on the Library’s search bar.

Clicking on Gameframe as indicated on the image above will bring you to a specific screen where you can download it.
Before hitting “Install”, click on the little cog on the right side of the screen and then “Properties”.
Step 3

On the Properties screen, click Betas. On that Menu, Paste the following Beta Password under “Private Betas” and hit “Check Code”.
